This teleport point is very close to the black market, where horses and stolen goods can be sold directly.
When teleporting here, you will likely encounter nobles (wearing good coats, hats, pants, shoes, and swords), mercenaries (with good armor and weapons), and Cumans (whose items do not count as stolen goods). Moreover, there are usually no one around in the wilderness, and you won't be wanted.
