During the quest shown in the second image, ride your horse past the entrance of Suhdor. As depicted in the image, there are two small bags on the main street at the gate. Upon picking them up, one contains a regular silver ring, while the other holds the impressive Golden Cross Ring, boasting a charm value of 56, which I believe is the highest for any ring.
