Lost Charter Location in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
As you progress through the mission, the search area indicated on the map is located between Malešov and Vysoká. The lost charter can be found at the upper level of the Old Lotta sawmill, which is the place where the missing soldier sleeps at night. If the soldiers are not hostile, you can try to converse with the guards by choosing the dialogue options: “Let’s talk” → “I’m just here to find a document” → “Katz sent me” → “Give me the charter and I’ll leave” → “You guys can go”.

Obtaining the Missing Royal Charter in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
The guards will hand over the key to the chest containing the missing royal charter, allowing you to complete the task without engaging in combat. If the soldiers turn hostile, you can either defeat them directly or wait until nightfall to sneak in while they are asleep, stealing the key from the soldier resting upstairs.
