Finding the Secret Passage in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
In the main quest "Without a Trace" of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, you need to locate and dig open a secret passage leading to Merleshof with a spade. Many players might not be aware of the entrance location, so here’s a guide to help you find the secret passage in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
Location of the Secret Passage Entrance
The entrance is located in the northern part of the search area, underneath a tree with a white cross. Approaching this spot will automatically display a marker. After that, press L1/LB to observe the surroundings, and if you are in the right position, Henry will discover the white cross and trigger some dialogue. Observe the ground and use the spade to dig to find the entrance. Once you uncover the entrance, simply traverse through the passage.
If you want to skip to the next part of the quest, you can directly head to the location described above (see the picture below). For those interested in understanding the puzzle-solving thought process, refer to the section below.
Follow the Quest for the Hidden Crosses
To follow the normal quest flow, observe through the windows of the old church ruins by the roadside. This points to another ruin in the forest. Find the white cross in the center of the ruin and head in the direction it indicates. Locate the second cross, continue to follow the guidance, and ultimately find the last cross hidden beneath a tree.
