The treasure map of Venzas describes in the dialogue that it was secretly buried on the way back during their encounter with the bandits, so the map actually needs to be viewed in reverse. This means the treasure is located at a place you reach after coming from the first camp, which is here:
Specifically, it's at the first camp near this junction:
This point is under a large rock at the Y junction, but there's actually stuff to search on both sides of the Y as well. I didn't initially notice it, but there's a picture on the wall inside the left cave. A fellow player asked me about it, so I looked for it as well:
The illustration looks like this. Friends who just got to this point may not know which place the image refers to. The castle illustrated on the map is clearly Trosky Castle on the mountain, with the tall and short towers representing the Maiden Tower and the Old Woman Tower. Therefore, the treasure location is clearly at the intersection of the main road north of Trosky Castle, towards the left, which is:
After reaching the marked point, go directly left into the woods and you will see a small path. The pattern in the upper right corner of the treasure map indicates the characteristics of the treasure spot, which has a tree growing on top of two stones on either side. Thus, the actual treasure point is:

In the new content update, there's a fantastic piece of equipment waiting for you! The spot between the bandit camp and me in the image above is where you'll find the Brunnrick Gauntlets. If you're already on the hunt for loot, don't miss this one; it's definitely worth picking up!
Additionally, don't forget to check the treasure map hidden on the wall. By the treasure chest, you'll find a bag containing 5 Master Armorer Toolkits and 2 Blacksmith Toolkits. Make sure to grab them!
