Monster Information
Boi Long reigns at the top of the Crimson Forest ecosystem as a sea dragon species. It has completely adapted to its water-rich environment and is usually spotted during localized rainstorms. Its body secretions blend with water to form a web-like structure that covers its surface. This liquid web not only absorbs attacks from enemies, protecting its body, but also increases its weight, allowing it to unleash powerful attacks and create waves that wash away surrounding foes.

Combat Strategy
One-Handed Slam
The Boi Long raises its hand to charge up and then slams the ground. The entire process is relatively slow, making it easy to dodge.
Rising Pounce
Boilong Strategy
Boilong raises its upper body and inflates its belly to charge up. After a few seconds, it will slam down to the ground. During this time, Boilong will not move, so players should dodge to the side as soon as it begins its wind-up motion and continue attacking.
Bite
Boilong will briefly lift its head and open its mouth before lunging forward to bite in the direction it is facing. Due to Boilong's small head model, its attack range is relatively limited.
Jump and Roll
Boilong lets out a low roar and jumps into the air, flipping its body before landing on the ground in front of it. This attack has a damage hitbox only during the landing, so players should retreat as soon as they see Boilong take off.
Rolling in Place
Boilong lifts one side of its body and slowly charges up, then rolls in place, causing area damage. This attack has a significant wind-up, making it difficult to dodge. It’s best to keep your distance.
Sprinting Charge
The Pukei-Pukei will stand upright, arch its body, and charge up for a few seconds before launching itself at the target with a two-hit combo. Pay close attention to its pre-action signals, as the Pukei-Pukei's charge can accelerate. It is essential to recognize this movement early and either find cover or move away.
