After completing the quest "Fishing is Life," return to the headquarters in the Crimson Forest and talk to Kania to accept this quest.
Once you accept the quest, head to the location indicated in the image below.
Upon reaching your destination, you will find a cave with a water pond inside.
Catch Golden Fish in Monster Hunter Wilds
In Monster Hunter Wilds, you can usually spot Golden Fish directly in the water. If you don’t see them, you can fast travel to another area and then come back to refresh the environment.
Take out your fishing rod and switch to Golden Fish bait, then simply throw it next to the fish to catch it easily.
After catching the fish, return to report your mission.
