The most important point to note is the enhancement's pseudo-randomization. What does this mean? Let's take the Longsword as an example. No matter what R8 materials you use for synthesis, the next weapon you enhance will always have a fixed attribute.
This brings us to the key point: your baseline for classification. Continuing with the Longsword example, critical attributes such as Explosive Attack or Explosive Critical should be prioritized. Avoid enhancing weapons right away, as it may lead to undesirable attributes, leaving you confused.

Proper Method for Weapon Upgrades
The correct approach is to use the unwanted base materials to create weapons and then upgrade them. This way, you can decompose them to get back enhancement stones, meaning you only sacrifice worthless bases. Next, keep track of the final attributes and corresponding weapon quantities that you get from your trash bases. For example, Sword 1 corresponds to final attribute 1, Sword 2 corresponds to final attribute 2, and so on, until you find the attribute you're looking for. If you've upgraded 15 times and obtained your desired final attribute, it's time to rollback—exit the game without saving. Then, craft 14 trash base weapons, upgrade, decompose, and repeat this process. The key is that for the 15th upgrade, ensure you are using the ultimate base weapon because the pseudo-random final attributes are fixed. This method significantly reduces the grind required for upgrades.
