Moonflower Pollen
This item is a bit tricky to obtain. It is known to appear in the Abyssal Sands and Crimson Forest, but only blooms under a full moon. I recommend resting at the tent in Zone 9 of the Abyssal Sands to get a good view of the moon. During the harvest period, you need to select nighttime for a better chance of spotting it. After resting, step outside of the tent and wait in this location; within two minutes, the moon should slowly appear.
If you notice that it’s not a full moon, simply go back into the tent and rest again until you see a full moon. As shown in the images, this is what we’re looking for when a full moon takes place.
Once the full moon appears, head over to Alma to take on the side quest “The Resilient Sand Dragon.”
Beginning the Quest
After starting the quest, fly to Area 9 of the Abyssal Sand Plains and gaze at the hills. Mark the location of the Blast Stones in Area 10.
Next, ride over to where this flower appears on the map and wait for a moment. After a while, it will bloom, allowing us to collect the Moonlight Powder from the Night Flower!
Winter Dragon Summer Grass
The Winter Dragon Summer Grass can grow from the corpses of small dragons. It's best to hunt multiple small dragons in the desert since they spawn frequently.
